Recent Webinar

To comply with state engineering board rules, NoonPi must verify the attendance of each person using our electronic attendance log. We complete the verifications within 48 hours. Once your attendance has been verified, you will receive an email with a link to access your certificate of completion.

Due to the large volume of attendees, we are unable to respond to any inquiries until 48 hours have passed since the webinar occurred.

Partial Attendence

In order to receive a certificate of completion, you must be present for the entire webinar presentation. If our electronic monitoring systems shows that you arrived late or left early, no certificate of completion can be provided.

NoonPi webinars are live training events. We do not offer recorded versions of the webinar to be viewed at a later date for CPD credit. If you would prefer to view pre-recorded presentations, we suggest that you consider a NoonPi Unlimited course subscription.

First-Time Attendee Needs Certificate

First time attendees must have the link provided in the certificate access email to receive a certificate of completion. If you attended the entire webinar and were properly logged in, this email was sent to you approximately 48 hours after the webinar occurred.

Before requesting further assistance:

Were you present for the entire webinar? Certificates cannot be issued to those who were not present for the entire webinar.
Please check your email box – including the junk, spam, and trash folders – to be certain the email was not simply put into the wrong folder by your email server.
If you are using a corporate or government email server, please check with your IT help desk to be certain that all emails from the domain NoonPi.ca are delivered to you and not deleted by the server.
Once you have confirmed the email has not arrived, please request a second copy of the email. We will respond by email within 3 business days. Please be advised that you must be able to receive email from NoonPi to get a certificate of completion.

Previous Attendee Need Certificate

Previous attendees can access a certificate of completion without the certificate access email. To get your certificate, use the “Login” link at the top right of the page and enter your email address and password. Click the My Courses and Webinars link and then locate webinar title in the section headed “Free Webinars.”

If the status of this webinar shows as “Complete Survey,” your attendance has been verified and you can answer the survey questions and download your certificate.

If the status is “Registered,” we do not show that you attended the webinar or that you were not present long enough to receive a certificate and the webinar will be removed from your account in several weeks.

How do I get a copy of a Certificate of Completion?

Once you have completed a webinar, a copy of your Certificate of Completion is available to you any time. Use the “Login” link at the top of any page of our website to access your account. My the My Account screen, click on “My Courses and Webinars.” Locate the webinar name and click the icon on the right side to download a copy of your certificate.

Research Request

If you still feel that we may have missed sending you a certificate access email, please provide us with details and request we research your attendance. We’ll respond to you by email within three business days.

Can I watch a recording?

NoonPi webinars are live events that must be attended at the date and time scheduled. We do not have an option available to watch a recorded version of the webinar. Most topics are scheduled multiple times during the year, allowing you additional scheduling options. Or, if you prefer recorded video, you may wish to consider one of the NoonPi Unlimited plans that allow you unlimited access to our entire course library for one full year.
